Marjorie Flathers
Marjorie Flathers has been a free-lance writer for 25
years and a knitter for twice that long. Among her many knitting
projects, she currently finds great satisfaction in knitting
for those who are ill, especially Chemo Care Caps and shawls
for the Prayer Shawl Ministry. Her work has been
in print over 300 times, and her children’s stories appear
regularly in the Los Angeles Times as well as
publications of the Institute of Children's Literature. Married for 44 years, she has three grown
children and five grandchildren and has lived most of her life
in San Bernardino, California.
