Afghans for Afghans is a humanitarian and
educational people-to-people project that is sending
hand-knit and crocheted blankets and garments to the
beleaguered people of Afghanistan. |

Caps for Kids is a national, non-profit
foundation that collects handmade caps for
under-privileged children. The program is carried out
through yarn shops across the country that have
registered with CFK. Participating shops collect the
caps which are distributed in the community of the
registered stores. The hats are given to local,
non-profit, non-denominational agencies to be given
out. |

Chemo Caps is a group of knitters that donate
their time by making hand-knit caps for cancer
patients in hospital oncology units and hospice
programs. The caps are made so that cancer patients
who lose their hair can have a very soft hand-knit cap
to call their own, comforting their heads and their
souls. |

Hugs for Homeless Animals Snuggles Project was
founded because of the heartfelt need to do something
for the innocent victims who find themselves in animal
shelters without a bit of comfort to call their own.
“Snuggles” are security blankets for these animals, to
keep them warm and comfortable. |
