KnitLit READS - Amherst

For the past few years I've traveled around the country doing events for KnitLit, and have discovered that everyone loves listening to a story as they knit. Why not do this regularly?

Thursday, April 20, was the first meeting of KnitLit READS, Amherst Chapter. The idea of this get-together is to read-aloud a short story, snack, and knit. I chose a favorite story: Amy Bloom's award winner, "Love is Not a Pie".
For those of you in the Pioneer Valley, come join us! We meet at the L.A.O.S. Bookstore, located in Amherst in the Carriage Shops, just upstairs from Creative Needle. The next meeting is Thursday, May 25, 7-8:30, and we'll continue to meet on the 4th Thursday of every month.
