KnitLit READS September 28

You're invited! Thursday, September 28, 7pm.

KnitLit READS is a group of knitters who meet the 4th Thursday of every month at the L.A.O.S. Bookstore in the Carriage Shops, Amherst, Mass. 7-8:30 p.m. Come and enjoy a reading of a short story. Refreshments, too!

This is a very informal group. The reading will be about 20-30 minutes (depending on the selection), followed by a short piece of writing about knitting. There will be plenty of time to visit, snack, and talk about our knitting.

I'm open to any suggestions for stories to read aloud: so far we've read Dorothy Allison, WP Kinsella, and Alice Munro.

On September 28, I will be unavoidably out of town, so Jean Stone, local author and contributor to KnitLit and KnitLit Too, will be reading.

Please tell anyone you know who may be interested.
